So who the hell are the Universal Constructors?
We are Tom W and Matt C...Average chaps with a penchant for fat beats, tweaky synths, fat-arsed basslines, and all that jazz.
The band name is derived from a science fiction book, and I'm afraid we have no connection to the Alberquerque construction company, so if you've come here looking for cranes and diggers and shit, you took a wrong left-turn somewhere along the line.
We figured that we were never going to make a gazillion dollars from our music, so we give it away for free like the cheap sluts we are. Don't get us wrong, if you'd like to give us a heap of cash, please feel free to do so.
We like remixing other people's music and collaborating on interesting things too, so drop us a line if you fancy a bit of that.
You can find us on jamendo, last.fm, and good old myspace, but all the good stuff is here (and a lot less compressed to boot).
